It has a light vanilla scent, making it one of the few vanilla scented teethers. And when the baby squeezes it there is a light squeaky noise.
It is also non-toxic. It is made out of phthalate free vinyl.
Since the teether ball is heavier than traditional teethers, it is not intended for younger babies. It is designed for babies six months and older.

Buying Toysmith / Wee Play Teether Ball
This teether ball is a low priced teething toy, which makes it a great purchase for a teething baby.
Now, some mothers have complained that they think this teether ball looks like a dog toy. Don’t let that deter you from buying this teether. It is fairly cheap, non-toxic and babies like it.
I have not seen any of these teether balls in stores yet. I purchased one on Amazon for around five bucks.
